Reserve a property

When you make a decision to reserve a property please email us or speak to one of our representatives to confirm the availability of your chosen property and to be advised on how best to proceed which can vary slightly from property to property.

You will need to have the following information at hand-
· Full name
· Passport number
· Issue date and issuing authority
· Full address
· Date of Birth
· Development in which you wish to reserve
· Apartment code of the property

When the availability of your apartment or house is confirmed you will be required to complete and return the option form below and enclose a cheque for the reservation fee as confirmed made payable to "Balkan Net limited’’.
